It's exciting to think of all of the possibilities that virtual care can bring to this population, specifically how both patient experience and access can be optimized using technology. I also appreciate the acknowledgement of the digital divide as a potential balancing measure that should be monitored closely. Continued commitment to this population will certainly result in a deeper understanding of whether there are any aspects of in-person care that can't be addressed in a different way virtually. I eagerly look forward to seeing the data trended over time as the team continues its QI journey. Thank you for sharing your work.

the pandemic slowed down many projects but I think for this project it was a silver lining because as you mentioned for this population virtual may be a better fit even in the long run. I like how already you gained some valuable insights: not too many sessions and keep the day the same- otherwise attendance drops. I think it would be interesting to compare the feedback of patients who do this in person vs patients who do this virtually to identify any gaps between the groups in their experience and to compare standardized metrics used when patients " graduate" from CR
