Margarita Lam Antoniades MD MScCH CCFP, is a family Physician and patient safety lead St. Michael’s Hospital Academic Family Health Team, Assistant Professor and Quality Improvement Education Lead, Department of Family and Community Medicine, University of Toronto.  Special interests include teaching patient safety through incident analysis,  incorporating environmental sustainability into primary care practice and QI education and global quality improvement education in primary care.
