27. Evaluating the effectiveness of patient safety incident recommendations at a multi-site community hospital

Sauliha Alli

Sauliha Alli is a PGY1 Resident in Family Medicine at North York General Hospital and the Resident Representative on the Department of Family and Community Medicine Quality Program Committee. Her interest in QI stemmed from participating in the Quality Improvement Experiential Student Training (QuEST) Program as a fourth-year medical student at UofT, where she collaborated with the quality and safety team at Trillium Health Partners to evaluate the patient safety incident review process.
