Elise Halpern, MB BCh BAO, MSc, FRCPC is a Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine Fellow at the University of Toronto in Toronto, Ontario Canada. She completed her undergraduate degree in Life Sciences at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario followed by a Masters of Neuroscience at University College London in London, UK. She attended medical school in Dublin, Ireland at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland followed by a residency in Paediatrics at the University of Toronto.
